When you request a quote or booking we typically need your name, phone number, and trip details (pickup and drop, dates and times, passenger count, vehicle preference and similar notes you send). You may also share an email address or other contact if you choose.
Calls and WhatsApp messages with dispatch are used to confirm quotes, driver details, changes and support. Message history stays in those channels according to how you and the apps retain chats. We do not use those conversations to sell your data.
We use enquiry and booking details to quote, assign a vehicle and chauffeur, stay in touch about the trip, and keep basic operational records. We do not sell your personal information. We may share what is needed with a chauffeur or operations colleague for that trip, or with authorities if the law requires it.
kynzora.co may set cookies or similar technologies and load a tag manager so we can understand how the site is used (pages viewed, device type, approximate location from IP, and similar high-level analytics). This helps us improve content and measure traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.
We keep booking records for as long as we need them to run the trip and handle follow-up or accounting. We take reasonable care with phones, WhatsApp and office systems; no method of transmission is completely secure.
To ask what we hold about your booking, request a correction, or ask us to delete information we no longer need, contact us by phone or WhatsApp and identify the trip (name, number and travel date). We may need to keep some records where the law or a dispute requires it.
