These terms apply to bookings and enquiries with Kynzora by KP Travels(“KP Travels”, “we”, “us”). They are a practical summary for passengers, not a lawyer-reviewed contract. Last updated 27 August 2026.

Bookings are made by phone or WhatsApp (and, where offered, through forms on kynzora.co). An enquiry is not a confirmed trip until we send a written quotation stating vehicle category, dates, pickup, inclusions and fare, and you accept it.
Fares shown on the website are guides and may change. The written quotation (SMS, WhatsApp or email) is the agreement for that trip. Advance payment, if required, and when the balance is due, will be stated in that quotation.
Typical categories include Sedan (for example Dzire / Etios), Ertiga SUV, Innova Crysta, and Tempo Traveller, plus other vehicles we confirm in writing. We may substitute an equivalent vehicle for safety, breakdown or operational need.
Outstation trips billed per kilometre follow the rate card published on our site unless your quotation says otherwise. As currently listed: Sedan ₹13/km, Ertiga ₹16/km and Innova Crysta ₹22/km (250 km/day minimum average); Tempo Traveller ₹32/km (300 km/day minimum average); driver allowance ₹500/day; night halt ₹500/night. Tolls, parking and similar extras apply as described on the relevant page or in your quote (for example some Pune–Mumbai sedan/SUV/Crysta one-way fares include expressway toll; Tempo drop parking is extra). Local hourly, airport and package inclusions are those listed for that product or quote.
Cancellation, reschedule and refund terms, if any, are those stated on your written quotation. We do not apply a single site-wide refund percentage. If the quotation is silent, contact dispatch as early as you can; we will confirm any fee or refund in writing based on whether a vehicle has been assigned and any costs already incurred.
A no-show at the agreed pickup without notice may be treated as a cancellation. Waiting beyond any free window in your quote may attract extra charges. We may postpone or reroute for weather, road closure, strikes or similar events. If we cannot provide the service, we will discuss a refund or alternative for the unused portion in writing.
Give accurate pickup details, passenger count, luggage and timing (flights, darshan windows and similar). Use the vehicle reasonably. Smoking, illegal substances, and overloading beyond the assigned vehicle’s capacity are not allowed. Follow the chauffeur’s lawful instructions on seat belts and stops. You are responsible for personal belongings in and around the vehicle.
Cab hire is subject to traffic, weather, checkpoints and third-party venues. We aim to operate with licensed chauffeurs and maintained vehicles. Except where Indian law does not allow a limit, our liability for direct loss caused by our negligence is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking. We are not liable for delays outside our control, for loss of onward connections, or for services you buy separately (hotels, tickets, boats or activities). Travel insurance is recommended for longer tours.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over disputes arising from bookings with KP Travels / Kynzora, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
